Above memberships require a 12 month commitment (contract). A 6% sales tax will be added / collected for the state of Florida. Payments will be “autodraft” only collected at the beginning or middle of each month. We collect our payment automatically from your checking account, debit card or charge card account. We handle our billing in-house, so if you ever have any questions, concerns or a problem, we can handle them right at our front desk.
