OVERVIEWWhile our main gym has a
variety of free weights, cardio equipment, etc.. Our Circuit
Training Room has 15 different (pin select) weight
machines; set up for a full body workout . Very
little adjustment is needed. No weight plates to lift... Just
move the pin up or down the weight stack. You can move quickly from machine
to machine. Unlike the hydraulic cylinder equipment found at ladies only workout
centers - this equipment is for men & women and you will likely
never outgrow it. You can always continue to challenge yourself and
make gains. Adjoining
our circuit training room is an area with more cardio equipment and room for
stretching, ball work, abs, or use of steps and other small equipment. This
makes it quick and easy for those in a hurry. You'll have no problem
squeezing in a workout during lunch or before / after work.
